Amazon is driving me insane, they’ve lost TWO CRITTER NATIONS

I ordered my critter nation way back in mid August. The first one was lost, they sent a replacement, then lost the replacement. How is something so big lost? I’m suspecting they were both stolen. They’re sending my THIRD critter nation now, hopefully it doesn’t get lost too. Anyone else have such a hard time getting a critter nation from Amazon?
