Struggles of having rats

Post Body

I'm currently having trouble finding a place to stay when I move to Colorado. Where I live is way too expensive and I've tried for years to get a job, but it's just not working out. I originally was going to stay with my mother in Colorado, but she told me straight up that my rats would be thrown out. My aunt (in the screenshot) suggested just getting rid of them

I don't want anyone to talk badly about my family, since I understand that most people just don't like rats and that's fine. But I'm really struggling here. My step father offered to let me stay with him, but he's not communicating with me whatsoever so I don't know if I'll actually have a place out there. I just desperately need a temporary place that'll accept my boys until I can find a job and get settled somewhere else, but it just feels impossible without having many people to look to

Sorry for the small rant, just have a lot on my mind recently
