Urgent! I woke up this morning with one of my boys with an open scab.

I have 4 boys, two lab rats around a year and a half and two hooded rats around 4 or 5 months. I noticed a scab on his face a few days ago but it was a smaller scab, but this morning I woke up with his scab open up a lot more, I think one of his brothers might've scratched him. He doesn't seem like he's in pain and he seems like he's skittish or anything. Do you guys think I should take him to the vet??
