When they catch on to the meds

First off, I'd like to thank the response to my question about how to get my girls to eat the meds. They took their meds for like 2 weeks. They stopped taking "treats". Its been 3 days. They took some more tonight, and seemed eager about the treat. Is this normal? Could they simply not be hungry at times? Or do you think they caught on there were meds in it?
