Are they fighting? Help!!

Excuse my language and how alarmed I am. I’m a first time rat mom, I’m waiting for over 20 items in the mail for enrichment for these gals & they’re all babies. The grey one is slightly smaller maybe younger than the other two. All from the same breeder. I have never seen this behavior , the tail pulling really scared me. Are they fighting? Are they playing? Should I be worried? Should I get a second cage?
