Post Body

Hey r/RATM, today we're celebrating the last Rage album anniversary of 2020, with the 20th Anniversary of Renegades' release!

——————————————————————

The album was released just months after their breakup in September of 2000. It went Platinum in the US and Australia, and Gold in the UK.

Singles from the album include:

The Ghost of Tom Joad (released in 1997)
Renegades of Funk
How I Could Just Kill A Man

The album is composed entirely of covers from a diverse group of artists, from The Rolling Stones to Cypress Hill.

The cover is a parody of Robert Indiana's "LOVE," which replaces the word Love with the word RAGE.

The album also had a release with two bonus tracks, one of Kick Out the Jams (Live), which is heard on Live at the Grand Olympic Auditorium, and How I Could Just Kill A Man (Live) which featured Cypress Hill.
