[PS4] Trying to beat the hump from Gold 1 to Plat

As title says, solo Qd my way to Gold 1 but cant cant get over the hump to Plat..looking for a squad that maybe could help, either as a 1 time thing or regular playing friends
I have a mic and good with call outs, not a terrible player usually average 3 or 4 kills a match, and would prefer people 21 , PSN is same as my name here and will be on after work around 1130pm est, either message me here or add me with a note youre from reddit
