High everyone! Smokey McBongwater here, formally announcing the creation of the ESL team 2 Highly Intoxicated! We already have a few unannounced members that are locally based, and so we are looking for a few skilled players to fill in the gaps.

Let be blunt so you can understand what you're applying for: THE TEAM WILL BE COMPLETELY TEMPORARY AND WILL SOLIDIFY OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR. YOU WILL BE CONTINUOUSLY BATTLING TO BE THE BEST FIT ON THE TEAM.

Once three months has gone passed without a replacement taking place, a vote will commence among the players to cease seeking replacements and instead focus on getting better and becoming the #1 team in the world.

Here are the things you need to apply:

• Microphone
• Ability to make practice (details below)
• Ability to schedule for scrims (may be unnecessary if the team grows larger
• Dedication
• Communication
• Teamwork
• Thick Skin

Practices consist of playing 5 full matches of casual (roughly 60-90 minutes of play) with a co-leader three times a week.

You can play 15 matches in one day, or 10 matches one day, and 5 the next. Practices only count in sets of 5, so 4 or less won't count for 1, and 6 won't count for 2.

We hope you would be playing this a little bit more if you were truly aimed at becoming the best, but we understand that life can get hectic and in the way.

You must have at least 7 operators unlocked on both teams and know how to play 5 of them effectively. I will play casual rounds with you until I am satisfied that you are a fit or not. Expect this process to take an hour. You may encounter other possible teammates during this, so be wary.

People can be removed at my discretion until the team has voted to solidify.
