Glitch with MIA.

I just completed an MIA OP run, alibi was in the tree and I played with some random to get her out.
No issues there we managed to get it done, even though they had no idea. I took Hibana so easy as.
Alibi was in zone 2, we just extracted in zone 3 and alibi is still MIA.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Team mate took the MIA OP to the pod but I watched them put them in and we got the objective complete Voice Over.
So no idea what happened.
