I'm seeking a cis woman or FAAB non-binary person between the ages of 18-57 from anywhere in the world, to formulate some sort of connection online; ideally I'd like someone to communicate and interact with on a long-term basis. I want someone who is open to exchanging voice messages and/or have phone calls. I'm a white cis man with a eurocentric western upbringing. I'm tall with dark curly hair and have a "dad bod". I'm a verbal acknowledging, praising type; I'm not much of a gift giver.

I have a hermit lifestyle living in an isolated rural region with a lot of free time. I'm often playing some sort of strategy and/or RPG game, which I've installed mods to increase difficulty; I enjoy being challenged like so.

I also frequently enjoy consuming film and media that involves history. I enjoy thinking about what it would be like to live in a different time and/or culture. I feel quite constrained that I'm bound to just a very small period in history; I wish I could live for thousands of years if only to satisfy my curiosity of how the world will unfold.

I have a gravitation towards agriculture, which is what lead me as a younger man into beekeeping; I manage a number of beehives and always have different beekeeping projects that I'm working on. I also have pet chickens, and I'm interested to get into vegetable gardening and permaculture.

I can quite enjoy cooking, though it feels like a chore most the time. I have ethical concerns with meat consumption and I've been practicing some sort of vegetarian diet most of my adult life; nowadays I'm a pescitarian.

Though I'm atheist, I appreciate Buddhism and use some of its principles as guidance in my life. I'm fine with people who have religious and/or spiritual beliefs, though I'm quite strongly put off by dogmatic and/or superstitious thinking, as I prefer more critical thinking, non-conformist types who are skeptical and don't follow all the rules. I seek to live by my own moral-compass, and I strive to be open-minded, considerate and compassionate.

I'm quite a cynical person: I perceive altruism to be a social construct lacking validity. I appreciate satire and my sense of humour incorporates elements of this: sometimes I like to be silly and jest outrageous comments. I've lost more than a few friends this was as I can come across as offensive.

Currently with music, I'm most interested in experimental and traditional folk music, but in the past I've really been into punk music, partly due to appreciating the nihilistic, anarchist and counter culture themes.

I suffer from clinical depression, which leaves me withdrawn and emotionally unwell often. I also have a mild codependency on marijuana, which I enjoy consuming frequently.
