🧠🤔I'm self aware enough to bring to mind some of my own, not necessarily negative character traits, but certainly one's that others pick up on. I'm reserved and quiet at times, it's just me. Maybe I prefer to call it unintentional stocism. Trying to improve myself and deal with past issues, I had a course of counselling a while ago, I think it's worked and I've been able to let go of the past and increase my communication.
