I have to admit this search is quite difficult!
We get so many good people reaching out who tick a lot of the boxes then stop responding or they put no effort into responses. Our search won’t last forever, at some point we will likely concede and hire someone to enable our fantasy. Having said that we’d much rather something more natural!
For now we keep searching!
