Run done, fasted pace of the year. Debating a trip on my paddle-board before the waters get too cold. Fall is coming and is getting dark so early now. Looking for a lady to distract me from the lonely nights. I can provide an English accent, a touch of sarcasm, nice legs (runner) and deep meaningful conversation of the origins of life (ok maybe not).

I cook (making tuna bake right now), I run, I used to play a lot of soccer, now I just watch, I read a book a year...(2 pages and I fall asleep these days), I laugh (mainly at myself).
