Requirements for chat requests, as this has become a big issue as of late.

Please carefully take the time to spend 5-10 minutes overviewing my profile before messaging me. I've come across a few people that have chatted with me and decided to cut contact off with me because of not reading my profile and coming to find out there is something on my profile that the person doesn't vibe with, and yes, I had quite a few people tell me, I'm sorry, but I missed a few of your posts and finally got the time to read your post history. So, please take your time and familiarize yourself with my posts, comments, and other communities that I'm on. So there is plenty to chat about afterwards; you can even include that in your message in the chat request. I don't respond to comments as I've turned the notification comments off because people want to sit and troll me lately. Be aware that I don't have anything else to chat message you on but Telegram and Tumblr, and if this is a problem, then sorry, I guess. But yes, if you don't have the time right now to look over my profile and communities that I'm in for 5-10 minutes, then wait till you have time before sending me a chat request to prevent surprises.
