What is your favorite kind of love? People talk about the butterflies of getting to know a new person, the secret smiles when you get a text. That can be fun, but it isn't my favorite. My favorite time is when I know my partner well enough to miss them when they are gone. When I can pick up their dinner without asking what they want because I know their favorites. When I plan their Christmas gift for months, sneaking around, hiding shit in the cabinet on top of the fridge because I know they will never look there. My favorite time is when I tell a story about my family and they say, “that sounds exactly like something [family member] would do.
I haven't had a relationship make it that far in a long time. It would be nice to be able to dream about someone. I am not looking for my someone today, just the dream.
What I am offering tonight is a voice call on discord. Just a conversation that for a moment might make me feel a little less alone and a little more connected to the world around me. I am offering the real, none of that small talk, shallow BS.
To join me in this conversation I am looking for a man who lives in the continental US (preferably the southern half) age 35-49 and is 100% single, gainfully employed, and has a place to live, reliable transportation, and at least some college (degree preferred).
