Good Evening from the uk.
Its almost 2am here tonight seems extra cold and i cannot warm up or fall asleep even though i have been in bed for a few hours now.
I am a 42yo guy who is going through a divorce at this moment in time and sometimes feels lost and a little lonely but i am learning to live on my own and rebuild
