Greetings. As the title says, I’m looking for a woman to connect with. Hey, I'm up front about the next part, I’m trying to work with some mental and health issues. I’m kind at a low point in life but I'm trying to pick myself up and try to be social again (ironically partly through online interactions), though slow going and better myself. So I am looking to get to know someone, a friend, and perhaps someone to flirt with.

For me, I'm trying to find new interests in life. For the longest time I was a couch potato, but honestly now, I definitely like getting out more often. Recently joined a gym and yeah, I'm actually going to it on a regular basis. Fall is actually my favorite month so I've been enjoying the fall colors. I consider myself kind of nerdy, definitely corny at times. I am into science fiction and I used to watch a lot but now I'm starting to read more. Books have fewer commercials and fewer cancellations. I am mostly into dystopian and space sci-fi. I love talking about random things, even though life is pretty basic right now I do like discussing various things. I’m trying to fill the void where a certain orange man took up space for quite awhile. I’m open and want to hear what you are interested in.

Currently I reside in the midwest. I live alone and have no kids. As it may have been hinted I am overweight (if that matters), but working on getting in shape. I say I’m becoming fairly active at the gym and enjoy walking randomly in my neighborhood. I have a smallish yard that I do like most of the time. I plan to make use of it more as spring comes around.

I’m not attached to the screen or my phone all the time, but would like the attention of someone. I would like a two way connection, I tend to have very little walls, and I can open up fairly quickly. I’m not expecting walls to be down but I prefer two people sharing deep thoughts, fears, dreams and everything in between.

I could use someone to distract myself from life itself, especially in today’s political climate I will want to avoid knowing for the next 4 years. (I am left / liberal just in case that was needed). I want someone open to communication outside of reddit, like texting and talking, if we click. I don’t use texting apps on my phone.
