My kids are both adults. I am definitely not the same person I was in my 20s. I am sort of figuring out who I am now. I like to be outdoors. I love live music. Hard rock is my favorite, but I like most anything. I read a lot. Goodreads challenges show I average 55 books/year, so I might have a problem. I have a good sense of humor, or at least I crack myself up. I don’t have a large circle of friends, but I do have friends. I like the occasional happy hour.
I want someone to first be my friend, with the hope that a relationship will result. I want someone who will be my bestie. We can talk for hours or not at all. We can go out for dinner and go to a concert, or we can stay in for Netflix and cuddles. It is important to me that we have similar taste in music. I want someone who makes me a priority. I love good morning texts. I like random texts during the day to share a story or a joke. I like the little surprises. I want to get hugs for no reason and the sweet kisses on my forehead that show you care. Honesty and communication are crucial. I highly value both. I want to work through things with you.
I am not perfect, and I don’t expect you to be. I am sweet, loyal, and honest. I want to have a partnership. I want to be goofy and have fun as often as we are serious.
I am not in a hurry. I do not need a partner, I want one. I am perfectly ok on my own. I have a fantastic job. I have great friends. My family is amazing. I am not missing anything. I just want to share this part of my journey with someone.
I definitely need you to be between 45 and 55. You must be employed. You must be emotionally and physically available. You must be single.
