Hi! So, about a little over a month ago, I saw that what I was doing was unsustainable. I was focusing solely on hobbies that I didn't care too much about. They haven't been passions, but that's how it should be for me. A stress is now relieved because my first classes at my new school, where I'll be getting a bachelor's degree next calendar year, are DONE!!!!!! Anyway, I thought to throw my hat into the dating ring for the first time. I've had lovely conversations. I even made an amazing friend through it.
I've been asked about my avatar. I think that it's a weird concept for me to draw myself, so I just wanted to make something cute. Right, but someone on an advice subreddit suggested that I say upfront that I'm demisexual. I looked it up and it's definitely proper. It's not something that I'd identify as in my day-to-day life, but it certainly works for the purposes of this ad. I need companionship before I need a romantic partner.
I've never really dealt well with societal constructs, but I try very hard. For example, I was forced to attend a pep rally in high school. It was overwhelming and I didn't understand it. So, they let me stay in the library during the second pep rally. All alone on my own! You can't rebel against EVERYTHING if you want to make it in life, though!
I had to stop focusing so much on characters in order to better my health, but Inspector Cabanela from Ghost Trick and Apollo Justice from Ace Attorney really resonated with me! Like me, Inspector Cabanela is lanky and tall. He's devoted, too. Apollo Justice is full of passion and determination for life! Also, Apollo has a very critical, yet positive, outlook! When the Apollo Justice Trilogy was announced, I told my best friend that I "started rooting for Apollo half my life ago." When I started to meet people at the age of 21, I was hearing a lot against Apollo. Sometimes, you have to root for the underdog! Doing social things with social groups really made me sick, but I couldn't have progressed to where I am now if I hadn't done those social things.
So, if you're willing to be ride or die friends that can develop into loveliness between us, feel free to message me!
