I post this today not just because I’m lonely but because I’ve got that funny feeling…can you feel it?
Hi, I'm AJ. My life is a wreck at the moment. It's ridiculous that I should be here trying to meet anyone when things are in such disarray...except my gut tells me that YOU might see this. I also believe that you don’t get to meet people at “the right time”—not for you & not for them.
I’m looking for connection—like we’ve always known each other. I want us to feel close. I want us to feel that excitement when there’s a new message.
I'm funny, talented, have too much time on my hands and I care about kindness almost more than anything else in the world.
I always say I don’t know why I’m here—but it’s not true—I’m looking for you. If (you think) I mean YOU, please let me know, I’d like to chat!
I am single, my kid is grown, I’ve got health problems that sap a lot of my time and energy right now—but I’m still trying. I AM taking care of myself, even if I’m not any damned good at it. I mean, somebody’s gotta do it, right?
You could think of me as an old punk rock kid. I’m also a musician and I’ll show you pretty music, if you let me.
My sense of humor can be larger than I am and I crack jokes constantly—and they’re not all dad-jokes, even though I do have a license. They are not all very funny but that doesn’t bother me. They can’t ALL be winners!
