Hi, I'm a 38-year-old Scottish physical education teacher and one of those rare people who actually enjoys their job—especially when I'm acting like a drill sergeant and enthusiastically blowing my whistle. Don't worry, my kids LOVE running!

Living in rural Scotland is like living in a scene from National Geographic. Picture beautiful hills, lush green landscapes, and flowing rivers. I spend a lot of time outdoors exploring these rural landscapes with my two Labradors. They know they're the center of my universe, and they take full advantage of it. We love hiking hills, walking by rivers, and roaming our farm, all with the dogs off-leash, living their best lives.

We also spend a lot of time at the beach, the early birds, the first ones there, catching the sunrise. The dogs dash across the sand in hot pursuit of the ball, crashing into the waves and riding each one like seasoned surfers. The sand is soft underfoot, and the waves are a perfect backdrop for a morning of playful adventure.

When I'm not giving the dogs their daily dose of adventure, I'm at the gym keeping fit. I'm currently enjoying my school summer holidays by hitting the gym every day. The gym has become an important part of my life. I'm fortunate enough to be at a stage where I look forward to it—a perfect way to clear my mind and recharge.

My creative side is fueled by writing and reading. I've even published a book—not exactly Shakespeare or Dickens, but a personal triumph nonetheless. My writing is purely a hobby, but it’s something I have found true enjoyment in. I find it therapeutic and even cathartic. I'm working on my second book now and believe strongly that writing and reading are the ultimate dynamic duo for any aspiring writer. I enjoy speaking to people who also have creativity in their world, no matter what their outlet is.

Ten years ago, my bio would have gone on about how I've swam with sharks, skydived, and traveled Europe by train... But now, I'm content in my own wee bubble and a simpler life. Or boring life.
