Today is called the Quiet Friday where I live, part of the Easter holidays and is a free day for most. And it is VERY quiet here. Live in the city and most people have probably gone to their country houses to celebrate the long weekend. Oddly surreal, usually there is so much noise from traffic and people. Right now I can only hear the birds at the beach, slightly post apocalyptic feeling. Very cloudy, foggy and cold day here, you know, the one that feels like a nice background for a horror movie (which I wouldn’t watch, horror is too scary!)

Perfect day for a cup of hot tea, a book about sunny places and a walk at that empty beach. Also a good day to have an engaging chat with that lovely person who might be my soulmate (I know you guys are out there somewhere!).

So, this is what I am looking for, that mutual feeling of spark, recognition and curiosity about the other person. Daily talks, shared moments, long interesting conversations and growing closer. Just want to find that special person who feels like home. Feel I repeat myself, because I wrote that in my last post, but it just describes the feeling best.

Have made few posts here and met some interesting people, but they have been short lived connections. It has been interesting and fun, sometimes confusing, sometimes disappointing. Guess posting here is mostly just “finding the my kind of weirdo” mission.

Posting this today, because watched a YouTube tarot reading that said today is a good day to meet new people. Actually, it is a joke, it said I have to transform and break free from old habits :D And I agree, I find personal growth quite important and it is something I invest time in. But I feel kind of lonely today and perhaps there are some people out there who resonate with my post.

Prefer people who want to talk (almost) daily and can also initiate conversations. Just my experience that these type of connections are most likely to last. Also it is what I am looking for :)

I will escape the city for the holidays too, so it is possible some replies will be late. I don’t celebrate Easter myself, for me it is just a longer weekend. I am probably the most introverted person you have met. And I get really chatty online and with people I know well. I am leftist and liberal, like animals and have a cat. Also like the usual stuff (a good book, music, movie or series). Love board games and if we get along, I will persuade you to play them online! Am single and no kids.

Nature is very important in my life, I like to be in nature, need it to recharge and reconnect with myself. Doesn’t really matter what I do in nature, during summers I just prefer to do everything outside, from cooking to just resting in a hammock or sitting under a tree and watching another tree and the sky. Hope to live in a seaside forest cabin full time one day.

Looking for people close to my own age (late 30s to late 40s) and from Europe, so the time zone would match.
