I’m 47-year-old self-proclaimed weirdo (don’t worry, I’m the good kind of weirdo, but the boiling bunnies type 😆) I’m also a bit of a hippie chick with a pretty demanding career, but I will always make time for the people in my life because they are precious to me.

The last time I posted one of these, I feel like it was a bit lengthy and verbose so I’ll attempt keep it short (spoiler alert: that did not work). I am in no way looking to talk to anyone who’s married or otherwise partnered up. If you’re in an ENM situation, that can be discussed and possibly worked around but I’ve had bad experiences with people who’ve lied about their situation and I just prefer not to go down that road again.

I’m into music, movies, books, good food and libations, travel, all types of TV from trash reality to docuseries and LOVE Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm. That last bit will give you some insight into my sense of humour.

Race/Ethnicity does not matter to me (I am black, haven’t disclosed that initially in the past and it’s been an issue for some so there we go) but I am looking for someone who’s over 30 and under 60. There’s always a workaround there, exceptions to every rule and such. Although I’m not opposed to chatting with someone outside the U.S. (I’m in the southeast myself), time zones can get in the way of availability and good communication so I do prefer someone in North America or possibly South America depending on location.
