I'm 47 and bored with life. I have no children or extended family and I am married but we are just roommates/ friends. Married 30 years. I have many interests but my husband is happy staying home watching TV and sleeping. I find myself bored to death. Noone to talk to. I don't have many real life friends as I don't go out even though I'd love to. I love history and would love to tour a battlefield. I would love hiking or horseback riding. Hubby finds all that stuff boring or just doesn't want to go. I don't drive though I'm finally learning. I think it will allow me more freedom to do what I want. I'm college educated and have a great job. On paper it looks like I have the perfect life but I am so lonely and bored it's crushing my spirit. Looking for someone to talk to and make friends.
