I didn’t leave my house today. My electric and water are still doing great. I’m thankful!
I’m dreaming of hot springs, and the smell of the forest after rain, and picking berries warmed by the sun from my garden.
I made patacones today, for the first time. I had them recently in Costa Rica, and ate them every day while there. I wanted my kids to try them. I NAILED the recipe AND the kids loved them. HUGE WIN.
