Is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results really insanity? Or is it optimism? I should know, after all, this is an edited repost of an edited repost. Insanity vs Optimism 3.0? I'm oddly and against odds and evidence hoping that maybe my person just didn't see it yet. Should one just accept solitude? Is a single man a former optimist who turned into a pessimist or realist, or is it the other way around? Or is he someone who accepted that the good ol' Marquis de Sade was right, that the way to achieve pleasure is through pain, and said pain doesn't always have to be physical?
So many questions. Who has the answers? What if sometimes, instead of answers, life is just about asking the questions, even though we don't get any answers?
Okay. Let's not get too serious. No point to take life too seriously- after all, in the words of the great philosopher Van Wilder, we'll never get out of it alive anyways.
I love to read. As in read books. I have many other passions- maybe you can skyrocket straight to the top of the passion chart and become the new number one of all time? I am a complicated soul, but like a real life version of a Rubik's cube, I think I am worth solving.
Connection is important to me. And so is the location. We must be able to meet in person. I am not a James Bond and Don Juan type, so if looks are you main thing, look someplace else and good luck.
If you're one of the fakes "looking for friendship" type, stay away and don't waste my time.
