I’m sitting outside with my dog during the Golden hour…there’s a light breeze, frogs croaking and the occasional bird chirping. It’s a really peaceful night and I’m glad I have the time to sit outside. I work most evenings so this is a treat for me.
I do sit outside when I get home from work…even though it’s late and dark. It’s a different kind of peaceful then.
I like having coffee in the morning followed by yoga and a walk with the dog. Sometimes an additional workout or the occasional swim, but the rest of my free time is pretty laid back.
I’m going to choose a new audiobook to start tonight, but haven’t really decided what I want to listen to.
I’m pretty average all the way around and I’m okay with that. I’m pretty comfortable with who I am.
I tend to look for the positive in most things and avoid negativity.
