Hi!

I am in this weird place right now where I am happy with myself, but my professional life is filled with drama. My romantic pursuits have been met with loss and sorrow. My family is far away, and I am alone. So, I'm fine, but I am also not.

Eventually, I would like to meet somebody who will become my life partner. Someone qualified and ready who cares enough to put the time and the work in. Someone who loves me not in spite of my faults, but because they make me who I am, and who I am is wonderful.

As for today, I would like to have a voice call with a cool stranger, someone who can hang intellectually. Someone who has a career (not the same as a job), a place to live, reliable transportation. A person of integrity and principles. Someone who lives and loves by a code. Someone who is currently 100% single. This person should be between the ages of 35-49 and live in the continental US.

I am also highly educated and work in education. I am extremely critical of the current crazy that has infected k-12, colleges and now libraries. If you are a fan of Trump or Desantis, I am not interested in speaking with you tonight.

And if you believe that PBS should be defunded, I am in the mood to talk about that, but it is not likely to be a productive, positive conversation. Cutting Big Bird will get you cussed out. You have been warned.
