Hey there! Just like the title said, I'm looking for a connection in the old way in these new times. I'm most of the time a busy lady and I rarely meet new people, so I thought this would be an appropriate channel to try and meet some.
Now, about me, I'm 37, going on 38. I love many things but reading is one of them. I wish I could spend the day away lost in a good book. Reading topics varying from horror/thriller, art, history, fantasy, sci-fi, religion. It really depends on my mood and the area of interest. I will talk your ear off about my last or current read.
I love movies and sometimes I will watch either a good horror, or an art piece. Again, depending on the mood but l've seen a lot from Tarkovsky to Carpenter, just so you get a range :)
Music is a big part of my life and while I do love metal, lately I have been listening to a lot of blues and jazz.
In my free time, when I'm not hanging with my kid (yes I'm a single mom) I'm either writing or making candles. And gaming.
If there's another thing I love is being outdoors, appreciating nature's beautiful views.
