I think it's a telling sign of hitting that big 40 when getting the washing out on the line and getting that first lawn cut of the year under your belt gives an unsettling amount of satisfaction in life. Therefore I'm looking for some help to put that trauma behind me and have a decent chat with someone who understands and can talk me down off the metaphorical midlife ledge!
There's not much else going on today in this sleepy Yorkshire town so I'm wondering what you're up to? I'm a married professional guy, full of beans with a cheeky streak to a generally laid back demeanour. Usually working from home with the odd day out in the city at the office when I fancy a change of scenery over the home office.
When I'm not being the one doing everything around the house and making sure people are fed and watered I can be found with my headphones in either running or walking the dog....two nice escapes that have helped me remain human over the last few years. I've just finished watching Severance which was so bloody good....I'm already waiting on the follow up season!
Anyway, if you're in that same boat of looking after everyone, working your ass off and looking for a bit of attention and fancy an escape from the old routine then drop by this way.
