Hey Reddit! Just a quirky, food loving, midlife crisis around the corner girl from the Midwest here. I'm currently enjoying the walk down Solo Avenue and it's been quite the adventure. It's had some great ups (freedom!) and some weird downs (wait, I'm the adult in charge?!) After several years on this particular walk, I find that I am ready to go back down couples' lane.

A few things about me: I tend to steer towards geeky hobbies. I love playing board games, card games, games that get my brain fired up and sizzling! I mean, who doesn't love a good challenge? Am I right? I am a huge Star Wars fan and will watch pretty much anything Star Wars related, though my absolute favorites currently are the Mandalorian and the original Star Wars movies. (That's right, I was that 80s kid with a stuffed Ewok!) I also adore the Marvel movies and tv series and have watched most of that universe in order. When not doing geeky things, you can usually find me outdoors doing things like camping, hiking, or even sitting on the porch enjoying a good book. I love being outdoors.

What I'm looking for: a guy somewhere close to my age (sorry youngsters, I just prefer Generation X for many reasons), great sense of humor, loves to talk in many forms at random moments, can lead intelligent, witty conversation that requires me to go to that next level, enjoys many of the same hobbies as me, and is looking to be in a long term relationship rather than a casual dating relationship or a hook up.
