I've placed messages here in the not to distant past, and had some responses which have been enjoyable but short-lived. My life has taken a slight left turn in the last few days and, me being me, has decided that I haven't ballsed things up enough so here I am again.
I'm separated but due to the current cost of living crisis the only viable option is for us to continue sharing a home, so I'm now essentially a lodger. We're friendly, if awkward, but sharing all responsibilities, including the kids. Trying to keep things as amicable and "normal" as possible for the foreseeable future, that sort of thing. I'm definitely neglected, that's pretty much my own making, but there you go.
Sadly this isn't a FWB arrangement despite us knowing each others likes etc better than any potential new partner. That's why I'm posting really. As much as I'm still grieving for the loss of my relationship I still have need of conversation, interaction, flirting, that flutter of expectation. Rightly or wrongly, this works for me at the current time. It may not seem the most psychologically sound but I'm working with a male brain. Forgive me that.
As in the title, I'm 44, in the UK, average to handsome looks, somewhat short at 5'5, and could do in toning up. I believe dad-bods are desirous at the moment so, if that's the case, I'm your man! I do have particular qualities I like in ladies so a brief description of yourself would be nice. Let's see how things go from there.
