So, let me explain.

The other day I was out with one of my friends and she said something like, "you never know, you could meet Mr. Right tomorrow," and I was like, " oh, I pretty much know. I am not leaving the house tomorrow." And she said, "who knows, he could break in, meet you and be compelled to give up thievery." It was a good laugh.

So, I was thinking, what if we did a voice chat in which you have broken into my metaphorical house.

I am not going to give you too much information about me in advance. But, on the way in through my garage you would see my 2016 Chevy Cruze with a bunch of snacks in the front seat and dog kennels in the back. Also in the garage there are racks and shelves with Kirkland paper towels, cases of water and juice boxes, tools and empty tubs with labels like "Dog food" and "coats." As you enter the house you step onto a welcome mat that says, "dogs welcome, people tolerated."

You enter my house and I look over from the couch and see you standing in my kitchen....

And so, begins our conversation.

Rules to play this game!

Be between 30-49 years of age. (Which is old for a robber, but I have no interest in talking to teenagers, so 🤷🏾‍♀️)

Be single. I live a stressful life, I don't need additional drama.

Be comfortable using discord for a PG-13 voice chat. This isn't about sex, it is about getting to know a stranger and getting out of my own head for a little while.

Be comfortable with not getting a picture. That isn't what we are doing today. I am black with braids and glasses. 5'2, 215ish, curvy. If any of that offends you, then please don't waste your or my time.

Gainfully employed, at least somewhat educated, drug-free, live in the US, and left leaning are also pluses. Having had conversations with all sorts of strangers in the past, these things are predictors of success.
