Hi. I'm a divorced, curvy African American woman who is looking to make a nerdy best friend for an eventual in-person long term monogamous relationship.

I retired when I was 58 to pursue my hobbies and craft interests. My life is good. I have close friends, family, PC gaming buds, people to go to cons with and all the penpals I need.

What I'm missing is that one person local to me, (and preferably within 15 or so years of my age) who if I had my wish would: - like holding hands as we browse the miniatures section of our FLGS -be comfortable and unashamed that I cosplay -know just how long to wait before gently extracting me from the paper crafts section of a craft store -totally get why I need close supervision in the PVC section of a hardware store and -understand why I keep pva, e6000, tacky, clear, super/super gel, wood, fabric etc. glue on hand at all times

Ideally you'd be ok with how much I like superhero movies, musicals, sci-fi and fantasy genre entertainment. And you'll also be ok with the fact that I'm a foodie who could go for bulgogi, sushi, Korean BBQ or Taiwanese street food as easily as I could go for surf and turf, pizza, steak and cheese or a really good hot dog (so hard to find) or bacon (any day/any time).

I'm demisexual which means I need to time to build a friendship before I feel any romantic or sexual attraction. I'm monogamous and only looking to meet someone who is also single (legally and emotionally) and monogamous.

I'm pretty independent yet also friendly, nurturing and approachable.

I am fully vaxxed and boosted. I wear masks in public. I am a DDF, non-smoker who rarely drinks.

I have an invisible disability (that has weakened my immune system among other things) which I will tell you about as we get to know each other. So I need you to also be a non-smoking, DDF, fully vaxxed, boosted person who is ok with wearing masks in crowded public spaces.
