It’s a new year! Do you do the resolution thing? Who doesn’t love a fresh start?

I’ve got 3 big resolutions this year.

1. I want to write more. Definitely more filth, maybe something with more substance? Carving out time is hard. (The irony that in writing this post instead of working on my writing is not lost on me.)
2. Solidify my workout routine. This one is a bit easier since I started fixing it a few weeks back. I get up at 6am m-f and work out for a half hour. Walking and yoga mostly, though I’m excited to get back into weights and indoor biking. Do not be fooled though, the only shape I’m in is round.
3. Make more filthy friends. I realized, reading something or other, that I don’t have ANY friends who would invite me to an orgy. How sad is that? And when I find a particularly fabulous filthy new subreddit, I have very few people to share it with! The other day I was waxing poetic on the hopefulness of glory holes and my husband was completely disinterested.

Ideally you are a person who is a fan of the long email. You are DELIGHTED and enchanted by whimsy and silliness but also have an absolutely filthy mind. You’re queer positive, anti racist, not a misogynist, and ideally woke as fuck.

Is there a bdsm undercurrent here? Yes. Yes there is. I have a type! I’m a sucker for dudes in authority roles, the supportive and great male role model who when alone is watching the filthiest porn. Somebody who inhabits the dichotomy of both sex fiend and positive influence! A freak in the sheets but a…whoops lost my train of thought.

I’m more interested in the Jungian exploration of the shadow self and how power play allows people to safely explore. Nourishing! Supportive! Etc. this is already too damn long.
