I’m a short (5’3-4” depending on who is measuring), nerdy guy. I’m in the Arkansas river valley and would like to find someone within 20-30 minutes of me, but that hasn’t been easy so I’m open to other options for the right person provided the intent is to meet up at some point. I’ve been told I cook good to great food, & I have a cool dog. I run a weekly Pathfinder 2E game with some friends, enjoy live comedy and music, and getting caught up on shows and movies.

Here are some general interests:

TV: Firefly, Cowboy Bebop, Game of Thrones, Mythic Quest, Moone Boy, Doctor Who, Andor, The Mandalorian, The Twilight Zone, Black Mirror, The Wire, I’m sure plenty others

Movies: Lock, Stock, & Two Smoking Barrels, Clerks, Mallrats, Dogma, Grandma’s Boy, Tropic Thunder, Star Wars IV-VI, Evil Dead 2 & Army of Darkness, Halloween…I love all sorts of movies in all sorts of genres, really.

Books: Good Omens, The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, most things by R A Salvatore, Joe Abercrombie, and John Scalzi. I tend to read fantasy and sci-fi.

I’m also a standup comedy fan and have recently seen Bill Burr, Craig Ferguson, and Nate Bargatze. All were fantastic shows

I’m in a long distance poly relationship. We date separately, you will not ever be expected to meet her, but you’re welcome to if there is mutual interest. Not unicorn hunting or trying to force a throuple. I would like to find something that can evolve to a non-hierarchical poly relationship. It would be cool to find someone I can spend time with and get to know. I’ve got a friendly work schedule & live alone, so I can work around most schedules and be accommodating.

I don’t & can’t have any kids (vasectomy). The post on the dnd sub in my history is messing with a friend and I bet him if I said his art was from my child we could get over 500 upvotes. I’m looking for other child free people or people who have kids that don’t live with them, but it may not be a dealbreaker. I can’t see cohabitating with someone who has young kids in the house, though.

I believe in direct communication, I ask that you be direct with me also. I try to be a genuine, empathetic, considerate, thoughtful person. I will inevitably fail at that a time or two. Let me know if I say something that makes you uncomfortable or crosses a boundary. If it happens, it won’t be intentional. I’m always willing to apologize and try to fix mistakes.
