Hi all! I’m a 32M living in Brooklyn, NY looking for a genuine connection. Ideally looking for something to turn into a relationship, but open to FWB or casual if the vibes are right too.

My elevator pitch is that I’m emotionally available, go to therapy regularly, value open and honest communication, and respect boundaries. What a catch, right!?

That said, my biggest red flag is probably that I've never really been in a relationship before. It's not something I'm proud of, I'm quite embarrassed of it in fact, but I had a lot of social anxiety growing up that took a lot of work to get past. I got on dating apps after college and have met a lot of really sweet people along the way, but nothing has lasted, so here I am, trying something new!

Physically, I’m about 5’8, white, curly brown hair and glasses, and slightly above average build. I’ve never been much of a partier, but I will grab a drink or two (literally) socially and I’m pretty fond of a little 420 to help wind down at night.

My biggest passion is music. I’ve played guitar for 20 years, collect vinyl, and go to tons of shows around the city. Some bands I've really dug as of late include Nothing, Low, Ovlov, Mark Lanegan, and Dinosaur Jr. There’s PLENTY more where that comes from, but alternative/indie/punk/metal is my sweet spot.

I also really love going to see stand-up, checking out author talks, browsing museums, and just getting out and enjoying the many cool things that NYC has to offer. I’d love to share these experiences with somebody, so if you’re into any of that stuff, that’s even better! But that's not to say I wouldn't love a good cozy, cuddly movie night in too.
