I don't see myself as a very sociable person but I did like the idea of talking to someone multiple times a day, everyday. Not just a drop in here and there. Nor sending messages to a void. I yearn for someone who expresses that they are interested in knowing me and I to them.
I'm alone but not lonely. I have irl friends and talk to my family often.
I thought I needed to date to get this. Not necessarily looking for romantic relationships. I think friendships are deeper than romance.
However there's too many people out there who wants the same thing yet don't want to work hard for it or they just wanted the highs from it.
I didn't want to settle for bare minimum.
I wanted someone to share the ups as well as the downs with.
I maybe closing my doors for socializing in reddit and focus more on building relationships in real life.
Hoping to find that person until I delete this account by my birthday next week.
