Hello!

Longtime Reddit lurker, first-time poster here. After spending way too much time reading dating ads (and recovering from some less-than-great Tinder and Hinge experiences), I’m finally ready to give this a shot…

A bit about me:

I’m a 30 year old Londoner, turning 31 soon. I’m 5’9” with an average/slightly athletic build (strong enough to pick you up - if that’s your thing). Independent and self-sufficient: I’m employed, a homeowner, and I live alone. I can cook too… maybe I’ll make you something someday!

Personality-wise, I’m laid-back, non-religious, left-leaning, and I value open communication. I don’t smoke and only drink occasionally.

I enjoy life’s simple pleasures, like being outdoors. Anywhere green with trees and water is my happy place. I also love cosy nights in, watching movies, or playing a video game when I have time (currently into Marvel Rivals). Big UFC fan and planning to start MMA classes soon. I stay active by hitting the gym regularly (lifting light cardio) and love art galleries, museums, and exploring new places.

Speaking of exploring, I’ve got some serious travel plans this year, and I’d love a travel buddy to share the adventure with!

What I’m looking for:

I’m seeking a long-term, monogamous relationship with someone emotionally mature - no mind games, just honesty and connection. I want a partner to share life with: travel, grow old, maybe adopt a pet or two… and yes, I’d love to put a ring on the right person’s hand someday.

Looks aren’t my priority. Personality comes first. But I’d appreciate it if you could share a photo (I’ve included mine too!). Ideally, you’re based in the UK, but I’m open to connecting with someone in a nearby European time zone if the chemistry’s there.
