disclaimer: I have all the rights to ignore your chat invite for one reason or another (not a fan of people who only start with "hey, how are you doing?").
Straight to the point: Iām not really good at making friends and connecting with 99% of all people out there.
As many other introverts, I eventually get annoyed and disappointed when I see myself talking to someone whoās not really like-minded.
I have to admit, I can be difficult. I have a pretty strong character, probably too serious, I'm eccentric, direct, I can be cynical, and I generally don't trust people; however, I do have a strong caring side. I'm attentive, honest, supportive, thoughtful, and always ready to help my friends out. Finding solutions and making plans is what I do best.
Unfortunately though, as I learned I could be easily taken advantage of, I developed some solid selectivity over time, which people often mistake as arrogance, entitlement, or whatever. Listen,Ā if youāre not going to put time and effort into this, donāt expect me to do it for you, thereās no point in keeping a meaningless relationship alive. Itās an easy concept, really.
I'm only looking for smart and āunusualā people who are honest enough to avoid ghosting instead of just suggesting to end the conversation, who would be able to chat almost every day, share interesting or silly things found on the Internet, laugh, complain, and whatever there is in a genuine friendship.
----- [random things about myself] -----
- NeurodivergentĀ INTJ. I love to sing, craft, take care of my plants or grow new ones from seeds, draw,Ā do stuff that donāt require me having to go outside much
- I currently live in Spain, so UTC 1/ 2Ā (not Spanish)
- I'm not religious, vegan or vegetarian. I don't smoke, drink,Ā or do drugs (and I don't like people who do)
- about music: I like to explore different genres to get ideas and inspiration for my work, still I mostly listen to 70's-80's English bands (U2, Supertramp, Simple Minds) or instrumental music, mainly soundtracks
- about books, blogs, etc: I used to read about a lot of different topics from quantum physics to deep oceans wildlife, classic novels, esoterism and more. I do love learning lots of new stuff to stimulate my mind, however Iām currently super busy working on a couple personal projects
- about movies and television: Iāve been told Iām one of those people who cannot enjoy movies or series since I usually anticipate the story, plus I always find details I have to complain about.
