Marriage, especially with kids, can sometimes feel like a trap where you are too invested to leave, even if the relationship isn’t working. Many people can relate to the struggle of staying in an unhappy marriage, holding onto grudges, and feeling resentment towards a spouse who has wronged you.
For some, the decision to stay might be for the sake of the kids or other personal reasons. But how do you cope with these emotions and the sense of being stuck?
Personally, I’m exploring the possibility of finding connection outside of my marriage. If it leads to something meaningful, that’s great; if not, it’s still worth a try.
