I'll be short with this and and be blunt with what I'm looking for. In honesty, it's pretty specific and rare and I don't have the energy to sort through a bunch of situations when I know what I'm looking for and it's pretty straightforward and what someone of a similar mindset and position would also be looking for.
I have a house, a car, I'm saving for retirement. I don't really want for anything which know sounds pretty conceited, privileged and not "ambitious" as people often pay lip service to. So I'm not looking for total works in progress on that front. If you couldn't have the time and space to take at least a couple larger trips or each year or picking up a bigger mutual hobby (TBD), there would be a tension there in the sense that I won't be doing as much as I like. Not that I don't or won't do things separately, but as humans we'd rather usually not. I'm not sure how many of y'all have close enough, established friends to do these things with, but I don't. they usually have their own rugrats and such. I'd also like to find someone with their fitness in order that isn't sedentary or overweight. I'm just not wired like that and I know it's a lot luck that hormones and my brain cooperate. I am sensitive of health issues, so this isn't me saying you've gotta be be Gattaca-style perfect by any means.
All this to say, someone who is the above and is at least skeptical of having kids is what I'm looking for. I just haven't often seen people take hard rights on these things after a point.
I don't care much what age you are; having goals in the same direction is most important. I've sort of "had my eye on the prize" (of life, /eyeroll) since my early twenties and have no reason to think it wasn't the right path in broad strokes. So if that's a little bit you too: precocious but true?
I'm open to people from everywhere. even more than language, conversation style is important. using translation, whatever. I'd much rather someone go hard in a conversation than be a starfish. it's the internet for now, just go for it. It's okay, you can just close the tab. anything else is some sort of weird culture-based self-sabotage. I'd rather know if you see ghosts or think all taxation is theft or whatever than not :d.
I'm an introvert's introvert. And I'm not trying but not opposed to offsetting that. If you get it, you get it. You probably know which of your boundaries ought to be pushed and what you just won't like too, right?
Anyways, let's chat. If your focus is that initial buzz or you distract easily, we'd be wasting our time. DMing is good. "Letters" are good. voice or video at some point is good. If you couldn't tell, I've got a long view and am not in a rush.
Don't write a novel but do find a way to me know you read this. That's all. P.S. I have another post in my history with more, uh, flavor.
