I'm here looking for romantic connections in Baltimore, Maryland, DC areas but I'm open to beyond for the right person with the right intentionality. I work mostly remote and have some job flexibility but I see myself on the northern or mid-atlantic east coast for the long term. I've built a stable career, have a master's degree, and love what I do for work. While I’m deeply independent and self-sufficient, I have a small support network of friends and family whom I love deeply. I’m a big visual art appreciator. I worked in art museums for a few years, majored in Art History, and love being an amateur art critic. I have a tiny growing collection of all kinds of art from professional to custom to folk. An extension of that is I love having conversations about media analysis/criticism - film, books, internet culture, whatever. Like many, I love to travel and I live off the high of my previous trip while planning the next one. Happy to talk travels! 3 things that are very important to me that I think any potential partner should know and be on the same page about:

• I am 100% childfree now and forever. I am scheduled to have my tubes removed in February and am very excited and relieved about it. I love kids though and have been a nanny, educator, and still babysit for a few families. Just never want to have to birth and be responsible for my own!
• I'm not an animal person. I don't ever see myself living with a pet. I can appreciate their cuteness from afar and I have no problem with pet-sitting or hanging out with them but I couldn't have any furry creature in my living space long term.
• I'm very left-leaning and equity-focused. I would find it impossible to date someone conservative and difficult to find common ground with moderates. 

What I hope to find:

• Men looking for a partnership with a basis of open communication, emotional support, and intimacy with the understanding we want to tackle life's battles and find solutions together
• Ages 31-40 (I turn 31 in March)
• Monogamous
• Full and stable life of your own but see yourself joining forces with your special person/best friend someday
• Adventurous and willing to try new things. Routines are great and being a homebody relaxing but I also love to get out and go to new places and have new experiences. Hope you're along for the ride!
