34M here in NYC (North Brooklyn, specifically) looking for a kind-hearted lady to share some quality time with while the world burns.

Ideally looking for something that could turn into a relationship, but happy to feel things out as we go. Communication is essential for me regardless of arrangement; I strive to be an empathetic listener and I believe that things work best when both parties can be clear and direct about their needs.

At heart, I'm a big goofball that's quick with a corny pun, but I also identify as a leftist with strong convictions and lots of big feelings on the current state of the world - it'd be great if we could talk about our views on society, psychology and such while still making time for being silly.

I'm also a big music lover - I collect records, go to tons of shows, and play in a band of my own. Genre-wise I'm big into shoegaze, metal, and punk; if you are too, we already have a lot to talk about! What were your favorite albums of 2024?

Physically, I'm 5'8 and white with curly hair, glasses, and currently rocking a bit of a dad bod. I'm not a huge drinker, but I do enjoy some 420 to wind down at night.

Admittedly, I was a pretty late bloomer to the dating scene and I'm not quite where I'd to be experience-wise for my age. So I would really appreciate someone willing to be patient while I get my bearings.
