Hiya!

I'm Jack, 32m from Michigan. I've been single now for the past 2 years or so (separated/divorced), and am just starting to sort of dip my toe back in the dating pool. Ideally though, I'd just like to make a solid connection with someone. If it develops into more, then that's great. If not and we just become besties, that's cool too. That being said though, I'm looking to someone that IS open to potentially dating, if the vibes are there.

Anyway, a little bit about me! I work in the IT industry, so I can fix pretty much any tech problem you may have. That job keeps me fairly available all day long to chat as unless shit is hitting the fan my days are fairly chill. I'm a huge nerd. I play video games and D&D, and love to talk about both of them. Currently I'm enjoying the new WoW expansion (and secretly hoping to find an awesome WoW girl to play with), but I'm also definitely open to other games as well. I've also really been enjoying cozy sim games again lately like Farm Sim 25, Tavern Sim, etc. I also have a bunch of other multiplayer games that I haven't touched in a while like OW and BG3 but absolutely willing to pick them back up again for the right person.

Outside of work/gaming, I'm also a musician. I play guitar/piano and sing. I do the latter the most. I'm that guy who sings in his city's choir because I still love to do it and it gives me a chance to still perform. I was also in bands back when I was younger, but there's just not time for it as much anymore. I'm pretty introverted, but I can be social when I need to be too. Though big social gatherings do tend to drain my social battery, for the right person and my group of friends I do still enjoy spending time out doing things in the world (ew, people, I know).

I like to think I'm relatively funny, will send memes and joke around. I'm a firm believer that if you can't roast your significant other from time to time, it's not meant to be. Anyway, if any of this sounds appealing to you, I'd love to hear from you! Please be around my age at least, somewhere late 20s to mid-thirties would be ideal so that we have some stuff in common. I'd also prefer if you were from the US just for time zone reasons. If we have a good connection, I'm also very open to things like voice calls and such. I can provide a couple selfies upon request as well, because we all know that looks do matter to at least a small degree when building a connection with someone (let's not kid ourselves and say it doesn't), though it's by far not the main thing.
