People generally try to sell themselves in posts like this. They list the good points about themselves, what they like to do, what they're looking for and what they feel they deserve. Useful information but with some salesmanship along with a list of demands. I'm not a fan of sales tactics and I don't think it wise to rule out too many people on the basis of what I think I want or feel I deserve.

I'm not the guy you've been looking for because nobody on earth would think to look for me. I could write a list of my good points without telling a single lie and it might be a very effective bit of advertising but it would give a false impression. Half the picture, even if that half might look impressive. The other half makes for a much less appealing picture in the eyes of most. I'm not going to write the sales pitch. It would be a waste of my time and yours. Neither am I going to write out a full list of flaws and baggage items and hope that someone would be very impressed by my honesty.

If that reminds you of yourself, pretty great but with flaws, then we might be the kind of people who can see each other, see the whole picture without focusing on the smudges.

The only things I know for certain that I need in a person in order for me to be attracted to them are that they are an inherently good person who is intelligent in a way that makes them very good with words. I am human of course, there's a long list of traits I find appealing or unappealing in a person, but I can't say for sure that there is any single trait that would prevent me from falling in love with a very nice, very intelligent woman.

I'm 5'7" (171cm), blue eyes, not very fit and not well-built but not overweight, not ugly (probably) and I'm drug and disease free. I like indoorsy stuff like books and films. I don't watch broadcast TV apart from the news, though do stream TV shows if they're good. The Wire, Breaking Bad and GoT are my idea of excellent TV. I used to play video games a lot but not anymore. I'm allergic to cats.
