I'm an old soul: I like Kirosawa, Spike Lee, Robert Altman and Cassavettes movies. My favorite musicians are artists like Miles Davis, Charles Mingus, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Velvet Underground, and Funkadelic. I dig old poetry, the Beats, and Russian literature.
I prefer to spend time with plants and animals over people and I am a bit of an introverted homebody. I have a dry, silly, irreverent sense of humor. I don't take myself all that seriously. I'm not much of a romantic and I'm someone who doesn't really *need* anybody. I have learned to enjoy being single, however I'm at a point where I'd like to share this wonderful life I've carved out with another whose flavor is compatible to my flavor.
