I'm an introverted homebody looking for some semblance of compatibility with another person. I'm a bit of an old soul - I don't do social media or game or anything. I enjoy watching films - from old black and whites to New Hollywood to dumb modern comedies. I listen to music of all types and eras. I have recently gotten very into jazz (think Miles' fusion period and Charles Mingus), Grateful Dead, Public Enemy, and some classic ske/dub/reggae. I recently started a music zine in which I write about both modern releases and classic music.
I enjoy writing poetry, short stories, screenplays, etc. Outside of writing, I enjoy working with plants and am interested in plant medicine. I am drawn to the metaphysical and mystical and I would consider myself to be a spiritual person. I enjoy volunteering and hope to one day start my own nonprofit. My days of city life and partying are behind me and I spend most of my time alone and prefer the quiet small town life.
I am just looking for someone whose flavor is compatible with my flavor. In addition, looking for no-pressure chat. If it happens to blossom into something more, wonderful.
