Shot in the dark but, I’m looking to chat about a serious event that happened with my extended family. I think I’ve been triggered because of the context. There was a death and my sister told me more details than I think I should have been made aware of. It’s not really my business how things happened, but my minds been racing and now I can’t sleep.
