I couldn’t have picked a better day to fill up the last of my racks with firewood for the cabin. It’s finally brisk outside, brisk enough that the splitter had to warm up this morning. The chill was so welcome after an unseasonably hot late summer. And while I’m overjoyed to be checking this chore off the list I’m awfully bored and looking for some conversation to liven up my day. We can talk about anything, sfw or nsfw. I’d love to hear about how you’re preparing for winter (if that’s a thing for you). Lil about me- I work in forestry and land management and live in a semi-remote location. I love sci fi, building things, hiking, and nature in general.
